What type of consultancy will I recieve?

Depending on your package, for both basic and standard you will filling in a detailed check sheet for us to better understand your rooms requirements. For the deluxe and custom packages, you will also receive a minimum 60-minute consultation either online, over the phone or upon request site visit.

What if the packages aren't right for me?

If you aren't sure about which package to choose, navigate to the 'Services' page and fill out our questionnaire. This form will be emailed directly to us and allow us to review your specific needs. This will give us a better insite into your specific needs and direct you to the best suited package we offer.

What is the custom package?

The custom package is for those who don't quite fit into any of our Basic, Standard or Deluxe package options. With this service you'll be greeted with an initial 60-minute minimum consultation with a member of our team either online, over the phone or in person upon request. From here we will tailor a custom one-of-a-kind package just for you!

What are the payment options?

Upon filling out your check sheet, you will be required to pay online through our safe transition ad-on either through direct debit or PayPal. All payments listed on the transaction page are our only forms of payment that will be accepted.

Do you offer refunds?

Accidently selected the wrong package or had a last-minute change of mind? Don't stress, email us at Planterior23@gmail.com within the first 48 hours of your purchase for a full refund.
